Programme and agenda — international insolvency conference

The programme and agenda for the first international insolvency conference have been published. The conference addresses the cross-border dimensions of insolvency proceedings — recognition of foreign proceedings, tracing and realising assets outside Israel, and co-operation between office-holders across jurisdictions.
